PRIOR TO CLASS PARTICIPATION TO ENSURE THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF SUCCESS FOR
YOU AND YOUR DOG.
To help any puppy and adult dog be successful, we highly suggest signing up for 1 personal session prior to the commencement of your
class. During this session, we can answer your questions while we
focus on your dog's immediate needs and challenges. We will also
provide you with the tools to help ensure a smooth transition into
group classes. Experience has shown us that this can help prevent a
lot of frustration and uncertainty around your new pack member.
1 hr Pre-class personal session - $65.00 with Jen and $75 with Michele

Classes are 60 min in length.
OUR EXPERIENCE SHOWS THAT EVERY CONNECTION BETWEEN A PERSON AND THEIR DOG IS UNIQUE SO IN ORDER TO OFFER OUR CUSTOMERS THE BEST SERVICE POSSIBLE, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT TRAINING ADVICE AND INSTRUCTION WILL ONLY BE PROVIDED FACE TO FACE IN A CLASS SETTING OR PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS AND
NOT OVER THE PHONE.
PLEASE BRING TREATS TO ALL SESSIONS.
WE SUGGEST NATURAL BALANCE DOG FOOD LOGS. COMES IN VARIOUS SIZES. CUT UP INTO SMALL BITE SIZES AND KEEP IN FREEZER.
All class attendees must be 12 years of age or older.
A maximum of two attendees per dog, per class.
We are requesting that each person who attends class, be there to participate and be able to follow instruction.
Each of these policies have been put in place, after years of deliberation, to ensure the maximum benefit of all class attendees, both people and dogs.
Thank you for your understanding.
Private family sessions are available who want young children to participate.
Refund Policy:
All cancellations for personal sessions
must be made 48 hrs in advance or full payment is required.
Classes: After attending the 1st class session, should you wish to cancel, you will be refunded the full amount minus the first class. Due to waiting lists, no refunds of any kind will be provided after attending two classes.
If for any reason CONNECTIVE TRAINING ™ decides that it is in your best interest to move from classes to private sessions, the balance will be carried forward towards the private sessions at $65 per session with Jeni and $75 with Michele.
