CLASS POLICIES AND REFUNDS

Refund Policy: After attending the 1st class session, should you wish to cancel, you will be refunded the full amount minus the first class. Due to waiting lists, no refunds of any kind will be provided once week 2 of the class has started.

If for any reason CONNECTIVE TRAINING ™ decides that it is in your best interest to move from classes to private sessions, the balance will be carried forward towards the private sessions at $65 per session with Jeni and $75 with Michele.

All class attendees must be 12 years of age or older. A maximum of two attendees per dog, per class. We are requesting that each person who attends class, be there to participate and be able to follow instruction. Each of these policies have been put in place, after years of deliberation, to ensure the maximum benefit of all class attendees, both people and dogs. Thank you for your understanding. Private family sessions are available who want young children to participate.

ALL FEARFUL, BARKY, JUMPY, LUNGY, EXTREME PULLERS MUST HAVE 1 PERSONAL SESSION PRIOR TO CLASS PARTICIPATION TO ENSURE THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF SUCCESS FOR YOU & YOUR DOG AS WELL AS OTHER CLASS PARTICIPANTS. SHOULD YOU NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SESSION & WE DEEM YOUR DOG TO FALL IN THIS CATEGORY AFTER CLASS 1, YOU WILL BE MOVED TO PERSONAL SESSIONS

1 hr Pre-class personal session - $65.00 with Jen and $75 with Michele *for registered class participants only

ALL PUPIES MUST HAVE THEIR SECOND SET OF SHOTS TO PATICIPATE IN CLASSES. PRIVATE SESSIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR NON VACCINATED PUPPIES.
ALL ADULT DOGS MUST BE HEALHTY AND WELL AND HAVE HAD ALL OF THEIR FIRST YEAR OF VACCINATIONS.
